Who is a SuperHost?
SuperHost is a privileged user status for a host, which will help our to earn more and establish a trust among our
users. We have defined certain criterias on upgrading the status as SuperHost on [ENGINE_NAME]. Once you become SuperHost,
you will be highlighted among others, with priority for your spaces on every aspect. By becoming a SuperHost
you are automatically upgrading your trust to a new level.
You don't need to apply for the Superhost program. If you meet the qualifications, you'll automatically receive your Superhost status on the next review date.
SuperHost Assessment Time Interval is 6 Months
Following are the criteria to qualify for a SuperHost status
1 Acceptance rate of the User over the SuperHost assessment period should be 60%.
2Response rate of the User over the SuperHost assessment period should be 60%.
3Minimum number of trips completed in your lists over the SuperHost assessment period should be 5.
4 Minimum Number of Reviews received for your lists over the SuperHost assessment period should be 5.
5Minimum average rating received for your lists over the SuperHost assessment period should be 4.
if your performance meets the requirements for the specified time interval, You will be upgraded as a SuperHost
